VIEW THE AGENDA: 2024 SOUTHERN OHIO UTILITY EXPO

The Southwest District is pleased to offer this educational opportunity for water system operators and managers to directly interact with vendors and equipment manufacturers.  The Expo is a forum to share industry experiences and solutions through dialog and direct discussion with equipment representatives. Our commitment is to make this exchange accessible to all levels of water professionals, particularly local operators whose travel budgets for national and state conferences may be limited by minimizing the cost for attendees. The Expo provides utility staff the opportunity to earn contact hours while attending technical sessions.  The following is a summary of the event:

• Technical sessions will be in the exhibit hall during both the morning and afternoon. Attendees will be assigned to one of four groups.  These groups will rotate through three (3) presentations allowing for time during the fourth presentation to explore the exhibit hall.  The groups in the exhibit hall will be staggered throughout the morning and afternoon. This will allow for more interaction with the vendors. 
• Lunch will be provided mid-day and there will be morning and afternoon snacks.
• Vendor participation will continue throughout the day with breakdown at 3:00 p.m.

Each booth features one table, two chairs, and one lunch. Vendors must provide their own extension cords to electric outlets.
