Notes: 

1. YP Power Hour will consist of five 8-minute technical presentations from young professionals.
2. Panelists include Amy Klei (Ohio EPA), Denita Bonhart (Cleveland Water), Matt Carpenter (Arcadis), and Dr. Linda Weavers (Ohio State University).
3. Water Circuit Challenge is a highly interactive team competition featuring hands-on activities and learning opportunities related to the water industry. There will be multiple activities, including guided problem solving, pipe tree building, water trivia, and more. Teams will compete to complete the activities quickly and effectively, and one team will be crowned as the winners!

Accepting Abstracts for YP Power Hour - Submit your abstract here

The goal of YP Power Hour is to provide an opportunity for young professionals to practice their presentation skills in a supportive environment. Five abstracts will be selected to present a 10-minute talk on a technical topic of their choosing. We recommend choosing your most challenging, educational, or memorable project.

Remember: the audience will be diverse in background and experience, so the challenge is to convey a technical topic in an approachable and concise way. Audience members will vote for winners in categories like best slides and most engaging speaker and will have the opportunity to provide feedback to presenters.

We want to hear from all young professionals in water/wastewater, including (but not limited to!) those in consulting, utilities, regulatory sectors, research, and sales.
