A proven public-sector and engineering leader with over 30 years of experience in utilities, public works, infrastructure, and operational excellence. Currently serving as Director of Butler County Water & Sewer, overseeing water and wastewater systems serving more than 46,000 customers, as well as solid waste and recycling operations. Former Public Works Director for the City of Hamilton, Ohio, managing a $50M+ budget and leading 100+ staff across utilities, transportation, fleet, and emergency services support. A mechanical engineer and Six Sigma Master Black Belt, with deep expertise in capital project delivery, change management, ERP/CMMS implementation, supply chain optimization, and LEAN process improvement across municipal and Fortune 500 environments. Career highlights include senior leadership roles at Cintas Corporation, Mike Albert Fleet Solutions, and engineering leadership within municipal utilities. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran of the Persian Gulf War and disabled veteran, recognized with multiple civic, military, and professional honors.
